Drinks holder for the latest V-class of Mercedes
The Marco Polo from Mercedes is a fantastic vehicle! Unfortunately, there was no front drinks holder in the first years of production from 2015 through to summer 2017. Even as accessories, there were no suitable products. Unfortunately, we don’t find the current series solution from Mercedes with 2 holders in the foot well that great either because they are simply too low down, forcing you to take your eyes off the road.
For everyone who finds that irritating (including myself since October 2016), we now have the perfect solution.
Following a lengthy development period and lots of fiddling around, we have now finally found the perfect shape for a drinks holder to secure virtually every design and size of cup, mug and bottle.
To ensure the holder doesn’t make any noise or scratch the vehicle’s plastic trim, a foam cushion is attached to the back.
The great thing about this holder is: you don’t need to bend at all, which even improves drive safety. Drinks are now accessible slightly about the seat cushion in the position of your choice. Plus, it can also be used in many other places in the vehicle, e.g. on the overhead cab for drinks up top or on the right & left of the rear bench seat.
The holders can very easily be removed when swivelling the seats. We personally hang them on the screen in ‘camping mode’.
